Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect what you enter: your name, organization, business email, optional phone number, service of interest, inquiry type, and the description of your requirement. To protect the form from abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your network address (not the address itself), your browser's user-agent string, and timestamps. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not include classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), financial account numbers, or other sensitive documents in the form. If a procurement requires secure document exchange, we will arrange an appropriate channel with you directly.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you, to evaluate and scope your requirements, and to keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell personal information.

Who receives it

Inquiries are stored in our managed database and delivered by email to the NGWEBAM LLC contracting contact. Service providers that host the site, store data, deliver email, and screen for spam process this data on our behalf (currently Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Cloudflare).

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing carine@ngwebam.com.
